void00 is the name of the sounds and music made by Simon Alfredsson from Sweden. Itâs his first attempts at creating something listenable, while at the same time being a sort of therapy and examination of his mind. The style of the music varies with his moods and preference, but dark, foreboding and testing are adjectives that describe it well.
void01 is 44 minutes of exploration in post-apocalyptic scenery, and also void00`s debut. These seven tracks are a combination of dark ambience, ominous rhythms and baleful noise, and they reflect their makersâ evolution and thoughts. Cover art by Emma Alfredsson.
