kahvi is honored to welcome the legendary saul stokes to our shores. stokes is everywhere. everywhere ambient exists, at least. he's on the top five cds for echoes Radio, he has designed sounds for the evolver synth, he's a featured artist on several labels (hypnos and databloem), and has made a sample cd for sale at amg uk. saul stokes is well-known in the ambient community for creating his own hardware synthesizers... but he is respected for the deep, beautiful sounds he coaxes out of them, and his own unique, intriguing style of exploratory electronic music. now he is here, on kahvi, to show us how to explore our feelings, our technology and break the pre-conceptions of sound we already know.
